Return and Refund Policy

88Cake offers delicious cakes, crafted with love and made with premium ingredients. We are sure you will love our beautiful cakes, on the off chance you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to email us on

Our team will asses your return and will work with you closely to help with your concerns. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Please have your item in same condition that you received it. It also must be in original packaging and unused. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed from the date you receive the email from us.  

Refund Policy 

  • There will be no refunds on orders that are cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery date.
  • If there is a defect in your product, please contact us directly by email. Return the item promptly, or the portion remaining, within 2 days of delivery. If we determine there is a quality deficiency, we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned.  We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.
  • If you try one of our cakes and just don't like it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.
  • Cancellations and/or changes for cake orders must be made at least 4 business days in advance of the scheduled pick up time.  Please email us directly with any changes, and know that not all changes can be accommodated. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.
  • No refund will be given ever for an amount in excess of the original purchase price, regardless of circumstance.
